Privacy
Short version: we collect what you type into a search request so we can answer it. We don't sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
Who we are
title.wiki is run by Our Landmen LLC, 1501 S. Greeley Hwy, Ste C #1363, Cheyenne, WY 82007. Phone (307) 263-8515, email hello@title.wiki.
What we collect
- What you send us. The fields on the search request: name, email, phone, company, the role you pick, county, legal description, the kind of search and your notes. Anything you put in an email to us.
- Server logs. Our host records IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. We use them to keep the site running and to stop abuse.
- Fonts. Typefaces are served from this site, not from a third party.
The site runs no advertising cookies or tracking scripts. The curative index search runs in your browser and is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To answer your request, quote the work and do it if you go ahead.
- To write to you once, when self-serve search opens in your county, if you asked us to.
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires, and to keep the site secure.
Who else handles it
Google Firebase hosts the site. Search requests are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, where Our Landmen LLC reads them. Requests sent through our other sites are stored the same way. Email to hello@title.wiki passes through our domain's mail forwarding. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it with data brokers or ad networks.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it: email hello@title.wiki with "Privacy request" in the subject. We will answer, and there's no charge.
How long we keep it
If we work together, we keep the request with our business and tax records for as long as the law requires. If we don't, we keep it until we delete it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The site is served over HTTPS, and Google encrypts the stored data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
